Suggestions for improvement
- Start from scratch, invest in an actual HR director who will insure that the company is both following the state law and that their employees are happy and will continue to help the company flourish .
I like about the employer
The ability to stay in one department for years allows for employees to become experts at their given tasks.
I dislike about the employer
Rules are introduced as issues arise and demand immediate change and the owners are not interactive or personable and only see dollar bills not other humans.
