Suggestions for improvement
- All they care about is profit. They talk about expanding into a four year college, but their standards are so low that they accept any student who applies. Their entry tests are bogus.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Their dirty little secret is the same as all colleges now; they rely on adjuncts to teach most of their classes and the pay is abysmal. They don't give lunch breaks or supper breaks, and the scheduling of classes is awful. They say they compensate for mileage, then schedule dual credit classes back to back where you have to rush from one school to another, some of which actually make you late to your own classes, then require odometer readings for those trips, so you don't have time to take them; they could easily take mileage estimates based on navigator estimates, but they won't do that.
