Directors/managers are closed to suggestions or constructive discussions of any kind.
Freedom to work independently
Extreme micromanagement, no authority is delegated to employees.
Positions and employees are terminated without justification, and no warning or write up protocols.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove the entire existing management team. Empower employees to demonstate their talents; and treat them with respect and professionalism.
What I like about the company
Compensation was competitive by industry standards.

Closed minded management team runs off the most talented employees.
