Tarsco Bolted Tank Review

2.28

Suggestions for improvement

  • I would suggest that upper management take the time to talk to each employee at Tarsco Bolted Tank, and ask how are things really going. Upper management needs to really listen to the good, and the bad. Then from all the information gathered, make required changes to better the company. The current situation, is that you have employees afraid to lose their jobs over mistakes being made, so they lie or shift blame to someone else. None of this information is making it into the hands or ears of upper management.

What I like about the company

I enjoyed the design team that I work with.

What I dislike about the company

I did not like the lack of support from upper management. I did not like constantly worrying about someone stabbing me in the back, just to look good in front of the GM. There was to much CYA going on at Tarsco Bolted Tank, which created a toxic atmosphere to work in.
