There really is no company culture.
Support from management
One of the most significant problems is that the leadership has no idea what the work entails, but continue to delegate responsibility.
The team support makes the job work.
Extremely poor communication between management and staff.
Suggestions for improvement
- Completely replace the mid-management tier.
What I like about the company
It's great to add to your resume, because social service employers know that you have worked under the harshest conditions and survived.
