Company Culture

There really is no company culture.

Support from management

One of the most significant problems is that the leadership has no idea what the work entails, but continue to delegate responsibility.

Teamwork

The team support makes the job work.

Internal Communication

Extremely poor communication between management and staff.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Completely replace the mid-management tier.

What I like about the company

It's great to add to your resume, because social service employers know that you have worked under the harshest conditions and survived.

What I dislike about the company

The work load is unreasonable, the pay is on the lowest of the scale, the opportunity for advancement is nearly non-existent.
