Owner is managed and influenced by his secretarian staff. (SAD). Owner is WEAK and does not care about business desisions that affect his good workers. Conspiracy??

Attitude towards older colleagues
Older people (anglos) are better off than any other minority.
There is NO hope for a career either in or out of the office. You career is judged by how much you can contribute to the coffers.

Yes,the $$$ was very fair but short lived.
Office / Work Environment
Constant spying by people who hang out side your office listening in on your conversations. I E dept always spying on what you log onto when working. All info going directly to a certain head Secretary.
ECO? Only when it concerns the company's bottom line $$$$$
Not bad 5 days, no weekends. No call outs no holidays 40 to 45 hours weekly.
I was a Condultant leveled Manager. The image of the co. is good when your looking in, but not a true image.
No job stability period!!! Job elimination is not due to financials etc... It is based on Popularity with the secretary in charge.
I was proud of my contributions. Due the the "secretary" in charge things are unbalanced. There exists a revolving door there and the owner does not support employees. She runs the show ? Too bad so Sad.
Inclusive / Diverse
Only when more contracts are signed. There is a super lack of minorities in the office; try 2 out of 60 anglos.
Suggestions for improvement
- The Owner has to learn that he has BAD people in charge.
