There is none, you are a satellite with very little interaction other than ordering product and upcoming sales news
Support from management
Not enough people in management to support area salesmen
You work alone, there is no one regularly available to assist you in a timely fashion in case of emergency
Freedom to work independently
Delivery is structured through corporate. No adding or subtracting stops on your own. Route is overloaded with stops, too many for a normal 8-10 hour workday
Only concerning ordering and upcoming sales. Sales growth reports circulations were discontinued.
Overall compensation for your work
Decent pay, but not when equated to hours worked. If your sales are much higher than projected by the company, your commission percentage may be lowered
Office / Work Environment
Hand held used for sales is excellent. Worked out of a dusty storage unit with poor lighting
Uses some recycled paper materials
12-16 hour days, if stores are open on holidays you must deliver to them. You must choose vacation time at the start of the year, from the weeks available when it's your turn. Not enough workers to cover multiple salesmen on vacation at once. No one to cover route in an emergency. Not for people with families.
Everyone feels overworked
As long as you're able to work you'll have work. And you're expected to work, rain, sleet, snow, hurricane, etc.
No accommodations available as a distributor
They just want the product sold by any means
Suggestions for improvement

What I dislike about the company
