Suggestions for improvement
- Be transparent , meritocracy should be the bottom line , do away with the bell curve fitting technique for employee appraisal.
I like about the employer
They are flexible, provide me a certain extent of job security
I dislike about the employer
The middle level management has made a mockery of the Tata Code of Conduct , the preamble of desired ethics in this organization. They preach but don't follow. The middle level management is corrupt and is no longer adherent to meritocracy . It's all about sycophancy that makes the day.
