"Team" with no common goal, and Salesforce Order Takers
Living in too many identities from the past, acknowledges need for change, changes several years behind and knows, but says it's OK because they're at least "trying" to change
Support from management
Managers often don't match the skills and acumen needed
They preach team work, but all march to an old tune that doesn't work as evidenced by declining market share in a robust market.
Mostly one way. No real input is tolerated, even constructive recommendations are viewed as not in the "spirit of the Team"
Overall compensation for your work
They are in the low side for the industry.
Office / Work Environment
In the Sales area, very unprofessional, as far as minding their own business. Members of other sales units often report misheard and misunderstood statements as facts, and the managers not only tolerate, they embrace it and act on it. Morale is low, and even outside of recent workforce reductions, turnover rate is quite high.
They lack Branding in the US.
