Communication can be a one way street quite often.
New hires have it rough in the beginning. Not many women here, but I think they are treated equally or better.
Overall compensation for your work
Money is good. Better with all the overtime.
Your family life is going to take a serious hit working here.
Strict rules. Bullied about getting fired.
Safety is #1 priority. Seems like the upper management use "grey areas" against employees. People hide injuries to protect their jobs.
Long hours without breaks. Repetitive issues. Sometimes you will feel like you are not getting any help, just getting talked about or laughed at.
