- Two years have passed and if you've not hired a decent admin for the lead pool, look into doing so.
What I like about the company
I loved the location in the heart of downtown Milwaukee on the fifth floor of an historic building. This provided a nice view of the city.
What I dislike about the company
There is a serious disconnect between managers and the databases they assign to their marketers. I worked in the Summer of 2013 on a campaign to raise fund for UPAF while working from a database containing leads for UPAF Ride for the Arts in 2010; everyone around me knew there was no money or interest in those type of leads. My campaign coach listened in on my calls and had no complaints with my delivery; however the inabilty to rasie funds using leads that had long since forgotten their contributions was deemed to be my fault and so I as let go.
