Suggestions for improvement
- There are certain people who need to be let go in order for a real difference to be made. The different divisions should learn from eachother. This division is so disorganized and it sounds like they operate differently from other divisions that are more successful. Trainings and corporate communication among the divisions would be helpful to improve.
What I like about the company
The company has made some recent hiring decisions, which I feel will ultimately improve the culture and the disorganized aspects. The culture is good.
What I dislike about the company
How disorganized it is. How unprofessional HR is. How dishonest they are to their new employees to get them to take the job. Their poor reputation in the community.
