They do care about customers but don't make it easy for employees to work with tough customers.
Support from Management
No support again with the number of calls we get and more then half being angry customers. They do want us to focus in soft skills which is a great thing but they don't give enough options for the customers. Since there aren't much options we get yelled at by customers and give us bad scores for not resolving customers issues.
