Sales is all that matters along with fees
the is very little actual banking experience or even TCF experience above RM. they make decisions and implement policies without any real life experience. It's all trial and error. That's why policy is always quick to change and change back.
They send out companywide info but depending what city or state you work in and who you work for, you can choose to disregard. Especially if you hit your sales goals. No rules apply.
