We had to constantly talk about how great TD was. Fake, felt like brainwashing.
Support from Management
They tried. But my branch's GM was legitimately psychotic which ruined it for everyone else.
Other emlployees would snipe referrals if they heard you and steal your points. It was fine just for handling operations though.
Level of Autonomy
People constantly listened in to make sure you were following all their stupid rules, like using customer's name three times per transaction...
