Suggestions for improvement
- Management takes more than "people skills". If you want to have fewer audit findings you need management who understands what their actual people DO
Currently TD seems to be lost in terms of culture. They have a strong stated culture, but the reality is rather mixed. The focus is primarily on the Branch locations, and they attempt to graft other departments onto that culture, which isn't always successful.
Very little employee involvement, most decisions are simply handed down with minimal explanation or listening to feedback.
