Suggestions for improvement
- HR needs to keep an eye on groups who have been doing the same job for too long. Huge risk to the bamk.
What I like about the company
Great HR policy, amazing work in their diversity inclusiveness programs.
What I dislike about the company
Once you are in, you are limitted to doing works that your boss likes. Very limited career upward movement unless you are in someone's "favorite" list.
