Company Culture

Very judge mental employees

Support from management

Very judge mental employees

Teamwork

Fell employees are very judge mental

Freedom to work independently

For the most part

Internal Communication

You get told one thing in training & then everything changes when on the floor

Gender Equality

Most of the employees are women

Attitude towards older colleagues

Haven't seen anything bad yet other than telling you you have a set shift when hired & then saying that it's a flex

Career Development

If you can last one year in the position you were hired for

Overall compensation for your work

Pay is pretty good in my mind for job done but not for putting up with your team leader breathing down your neck for pushing credit cards.

Office / Work Environment

Sometimes is way too warm & then way too cold

Environmental Friendliness

Says it's a green company & doesn't like wasting paper but has zero recycling beans in the building

Work-Life Balance

Not too bad so far but there are schedule changes coming that are not good

Company Image

Nope not really! Was fed a bunch of lies just to get you in the door

Job Security

Not really. They keep changing rules & protocol & feel like they look for reasons to get rid of you

Handicapped Accessibility

Except when the elevators break down & you're screwed because you can't get up or down the stairs

Workplace Safety

So far so good

Challenging Work

Takes some time to learn but not bad

Inclusive / Diverse

They say they value diversity but from day one other employees have been very judge mental

Suggestions for improvement

  • When you get hired you are told that it is not a sales job but yet it is. Company says they are all about transparency & acceptance. And that is not true at all! Very misleading!!

What I like about the company

Once you catch on it's pretty easy to do but there is a lot to remember.

What I dislike about the company

I disagree with being forced to offer every customer to open a credit card or savings account because we get points for it and our team leads get a bonus. If you don't push those you get management breathing down your neck. I don't see the need to offer some people things if they have little to no money to begin with.

Internal Communication

A lot of communication throughout the company. If you worked hard you were recognized and rewarded. Managers didn't always recognize it though

Attitude towards older colleagues

Was told by management that someone shouldn't have gotten a management position because they were too old

Office / Work Environment

Was always cold, felt stuffy in there, computer programs didn't work a lot and no one would help me fix them. Always just had to kind of figure out things on my own (faked it)

Work-Life Balance

Shifts were too long. Would always have to work closing and weekends because management didn't want to

Challenging Work

Wasn't trained enough so most of the time I didn't know what I was doinv

Suggestions for improvement

  • Longer breaks, focus on things other than walking around the lobby and hounding people when they walk in the door. Instead focus on making sure employees know what they are doing

What I like about the company

Mostly all employees I worked with were easy to work with and good people. You are given a lot of PTO but they make it confusing to cash in. Could be a positive, depends on your manager. Good pay

What I dislike about the company

I think half hour lunch breaks are not long enough for an 11 hour shift. If you are working more than 7 hours there should be an hour lunch break. A half hour is barely enough time. I was a CSR and there were 2 other CSR's and 2 managers that worked on that side, so all together there were 5 of us. I was put on every weekend and if I requested off I would get passive aggressive comments thrown at me. I think it would be more fair to rotate the 5 workers each weekend since only 2 would need to be there. Also most importantly, provide more training. I worked there for a year and a half and still had no clue what I was doing 60% of the time. When I asked questions I would mostly be told to call support channel. After my week long training which only went over basic things, I was thrown into customer contact without background knowledge. I felt like an idiot most of the time

Company Culture

The culture of the Philly region is missing a truth an honesty. We say we care about our team members but fail them in so many ways. The fact of the matter is we the employees are yelled at daily by customers and not protected by our “leaders” Racial slurs are yelled out at us and no one cares. The customer is always right at any and all costs.

Support from management

Again no support unless you are white, a female or a person from the LGBTQ community....

Teamwork

Only if you are white a female or an LGBTQ person. Everyone else is on their own.

Freedom to work independently

Sometimes if you are lucky

Internal Communication

There is none.

Gender Equality

Straight Men don’t have a chance

Attitude towards older colleagues

Those colleges are somewhat respected because they use them for their knowledge and experience.

Career Development

If you are a favorite or one that upper management like regardless of your performance your career development is promising. If not you’re out of luck.

Overall compensation for your work

Compensation is ok if you keep asking to be paid fairly.

Office / Work Environment

If you are running a department you can help make your department a fun one, until upper management steps in to dictate what your environment should look like.

Environmental Friendliness

Again if it’s your department it’s up to you. Until upper management dictates what is should look like.

Work-Life Balance

Constantly told everything is a priority with not enough time in a week. Someone actually told a co worker of mine he needed to work 6 days a week to have his department run. No work life balance.

Company Image

The image is a total lie

Job Security

People can not perform and get promoted daily.

Workplace Safety

Retail stores getting robbed monthly with no urgency to have better security.

Challenging Work

Sometime, gets redundant

Inclusive / Diverse

Not diverse at all.

Suggestions for improvement

  • If you are going to promote gender equality, actually do it for ALL genders including Straight men.

What I like about the company

Unsure at this point

What I dislike about the company

The lies they advertise when it comes to the team they supposedly respect.
