Suggestions for improvement
- Assist self-employed independent agents establish first 5-10 accounts. There simply is not enough field training or assistance provided. Adequate training and tools are the key to success.
What I dislike about the company
Poor training; lack of initial training which was promised during the interview and onboarding process. This is a continual hire and replace process.
