Leadership is too focused on themselves to promote a successful business environment
Support from Management
The leadership is lacking from the top, down. Executive management is removed and not focused on company goals but more concerned with their comfort level and ease of everyday life. Since they are not concerned with the operation, directors have too much autonomy. Directors are more concerned with power and have little concern for employee satisfaction. Management level suffers as a result.
