Favoritism and a lack of structure for disciplinary action.
Suggestions for improvement
- Start sending out corporate trainers and honestly, consider termination and replacement of some management.
I like about the employer
The product is great quality, the majority of the clientele.
I dislike about the employer
The unrealistic expectations of sales vs. compensation, the complete lack of structure in HR, favoritism in the work place, a complete lack of chances of advancement.
