Suggestions for improvement
- Do NOT hire AMs (and in some cases even GMs)from outside the company. Plan needs to be set based on trending business. Consistence with sales process needs to be established
What I like about the company
When under a great Area Manager and General Manager it is a job that can be enjoyable and love doing everyday.
What I dislike about the company
Company sets itself up for failure with unrealistic goals and focuses too much on things that will NOT drive or grow their business.
