- Better management training
Teavana is extensive with diversity in their teas and have been quite knowledgeable of each tea's cultural background.
Some goals set for each employee and store are overwhelming, especially during the holidays - the grading scale set to receive an A and ultimately a commission check as a result, is pretty strict and set high, and can be difficult to accomplish, and depends on the region's profits for that time period which can create unfair standards.
When under a great Area Manager and General Manager it is a job that can be enjoyable and love doing everyday.
Company sets itself up for failure with unrealistic goals and focuses too much on things that will NOT drive or grow their business.
