My personal experience when I entered: I was very nervous but when entering work it was very pleasant because the colleagues were very friendly and made me feel good and in family
this company is very good. It's a top ranked company. The environment and companies benefits is praiseworthy. My working experience on this company is very much positive. I feel pride to working here.
I came from health care into the channel with no relevant experience. I was offered extensive training to ensure I was prepared for the job I was hired to do.
They were very nice and always understanding if I needed time off. They really helped further my career.
Its been a good experince. Lots of room for growth, and for movement.

Employees don't like

Sometimes the company is slow to change and they are not aware of the work ethics of a few managers. There are managers who are slow to change/embrace change. Such as work life balance and working remotely as the company promotes.
If the company positions itself as a company of change and moving with the times (work life balance and working remotely). There should be more involvement from the executive over each department along with HR to ensure managers embrace ...
Culture is too focused on warehouse productivity and the incentive structure for managers is counter productive because it causes managers to treat employees like robots
Communication between managers and employees wasn't great.
Inefficient processes seem to be accepted rather than tackled and streamlined.

Suggestions for improvement

All department/teams would benefit by regular meetings and greater familiarity. The left hand does not no what(or why) the right hand is doing.
The work environment is great. I like I can put my headphones on at work
Stop talking to management to find out how the day to day work is done. Just under about half of management really don't understand the day to day work being performed by the employee.
It would help management to set real expectations to reach key performance objectives.
Opportunity to work remote for all. Flexible schedule including 4 10 hour shifts instead of 5 8 hour shifts.
Corporate needs to be more in touch with the remote locations. Communication is awful
