Too depressing and quite in the administration office
Support from management
No the leadership does not include the employees in any sort of decisions. They do not take recommendations or opinions from the employees which actually interact with their customers. They have company meetings maybe twice a year. Only if the company is doing great or a big change will be happening.
It's always someone else's fault.
Freedom to work independently
They trust too much
Too many rumors not even solid communication from leadership.
There is no where to advance in the company. Leadership is fully established with owners and their families so unless you are family you will never have a career there.
Overall compensation for your work
Definitely under paid in every department.
Office / Work Environment
Again very depressing. You feel as though joking around is not allowed.
They have bins
As long as you are not a key employee with a large task list you can go home and not even think of the place. But If you have a lot of responsibility you will not get it off your mind.
No I never was
They will never be stable
Depends on how you look at it. Convincing customers you are there to help when really you can't can be considered challenging. Other than that no.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't push away the employees that put their all into your company for years. Value all employees the same. Always remember it's not the customers that buy from you that's important; as management you need to treat your employees as YOUR customers. Then you will never have an unhappy paying customer.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed a lot of the employees I worked with and have friends even afterwards. They do offer to work remotely to some employees, but not all.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management had a hard time keeping their words to employees. They do have their favorite employees and show it.
