Suggestions for improvement
- If you have a problem with an employee, either tell them and work with them, or decide a lot sooner that you don't want them. Don't blindside them with a sudden firing.
What I like about the company
Very friendly people, fairly easy work.
What I dislike about the company
If you get hired on their "30-day trial basis", just be prepared for them to say NOTHING to you if you're screwing up and aren't someone they want. They'll just wait until your 30 days are almost up, then pull you aside and let you go without giving you much reason. Extremely unprofessional.
