Suggestions for improvement

  • I think that all of the member of my team are hard workers with an incredible amount of talent and knowledge. They all do their jobs extremely well and I think they should all get regular raises to show how much they are appreciated

What I like about the company

We are all like a family. When I advised the CFO I was moving to GA, he allowed me to start working remotely so I could keep my job. And when the billing supervisor had her baby they allowed her to start working 2 days a week from home to save her money on daycare. Management always goes above and beyond to help us whenever they are able. It's a wonderful place to work.

What I dislike about the company

Communication could be improved upon. Sometimes because I work remotely I'm not always in the loop on some things.

Company Culture

Getting worse, family members and long-term employees left for better jobs. Money is not accounted for or paid on time or at all.

Support from management

They fight for your candidates.

Teamwork

Its down to if you are a nice person or not, which is not valued in a company that is ok with stealing.

Freedom to work independently

Depends on your office location. Some have room to breathe while headquarters has none. Micromanaging sometimes at its worse

Internal Communication

There is communication most times but upper management and account execs will skip over you and talk to your candidate without you knowing causing confusion and candidates thinking the company is bad, blame it on you.

Different cultures everywhere.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Typical cut throat but only when at a different office.

Career Development

You can learn typical things but new job hunter ideas are not shared or known.

Overall compensation for your work

Account execs can start with $100k while other start with $40k and pressure is put on lower paid employees like they've earned to be stepped on.

Office / Work Environment

Most days are quiet, fun, other days yelling, screaming and over pressuring.

Environmental Friendliness

Wasteful

Work-Life Balance

Account execs have none. Recruiters home most nights but expect to work overtime with no extra pay once in a while.

Job Security

Big account screw up brings lay offs and typical turn around.

Workplace Safety

Anyone can come in and they don't double check if mental stability is ok when going through tough times. If your spouse loses a job, they say work harder to make more commision.

Challenging Work

Because of environment and privileged account execs who don't even get slaps on wrists

Inclusive / Diverse

Different background allowed but not when there is a charity event. Brown skinned people expected to stay away.

  • Hire staff that knows new ways of doing things and can bring healthier company culture.

They have some good people.

That I wasted my time.

  • Work to get a new contract for an employee after they have finished their project/assignment.

What I like about the company

I worked for them on a contract basis only. They were good at
finding me an assignment that met my skill set.

What I dislike about the company

They do not market you to get you a new assignment.
