Did not receive good training and supervisors encoraged unethical sells.
Suggestions for improvement
- Clean the building..raise base pay. No more forced sells..respect employees and customers. Proper trainings to use computer systems simplify computer systems...make sure supervisor and CEO handles business in a professional manner...no yelling on the floor..
What I like about the company
Some of the other customer service representative that worked there was nice.
