Suggestions for improvement
- Better training. Commission based sales is a pyramid scheme. Each level of management gets commissions based of sales of employees under their supervision. Because of that management is more concerned with pushing sales than resolving issues customers are calling about.
What I like about the company
Enjoyed working with a diverse group of team members
What I dislike about the company
7 weeks of paid training but a lot of that is very unproductive. Many of the systems used daily are barely touched during training. Training basically consists of a trainer reading from slide shows with little practical work. Floor support is slow and very inconsistent. No chat rooms available to employees to ask questions of teammates.
