Extremely top-heavy, top-down hierarchical structure, with little trust or respect of key employees doing the real 'work' of the organization. Highly political blame and shame culture at the executive management level, with a tendency to scapegoat others instead of looking at organizational/executive management weaknesses. Bottom line: it's all how about maximizing profit and control for the executive leadership at Telecare. The superficial rhetoric about caring for the people they serve is merely a thin facade.
