Not very inviting from coworkers welcoming a new person. Have to be strong and ask lots of questions to learn.
Support from management
Management was observed gossiping with employees. Very unprofessional.
Lots of meetings which was the best time to learn new things.
Freedom to work independently
You definitely worked independently as an intern. Get in and learn what you can and get out. Employees were micro managed.
If you don’t ask they don’t share.
Too many women and not enough males to balance the work place out.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I didn’t see an issue with this
I learned a lot and watched the star employees.
Overall compensation for your work
I was an unpaid intern but the experience was priceless.
Office / Work Environment
Very faced paced which I enjoyed.
Some employees treated the interns poorly.
Employees seemed stressed and overworked. Pushed to meet quotas.
Upper Management could use some cleaning up. Some employees were nice.
All the interns that I came in with accepted employment with other companies.
Elevator access and large restrooms.
Security is present.
Notes were challenging but worth learning how to be efficient in this area was worth it for me.
Inclusive / Diverse
All backgrounds were working there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Company needs to train interns and new employees better. Management needs to act professional and set good examples for the company they are representing.
What I like about the company
Learned a lot by being nosey and asking lots of questions.
What I dislike about the company
Gossiping environment. Some employees were bullied.
