Support from Management
The management was never had positive feedback to employees, it was only negative.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop micro-managing the employees to death! Be more appreciative of their employees, the trainers didn't do a very good job at training the new hires, just threw them on the phones and you had to learn on your own because the floor trainers weren't helpful.
- Too many employees and management had the attitude of they were only out for themselves, when they should be helping each other succeed.
- Same as above
- The management needs to get To know their employees , I worked there for a year and they didn't know the first thing about me. Needs to be more of a family environment.
