No accountability for people that actually cause the problem. A lot of responsibility without compensation to the people that have to catch mistakes or carelessness by others. The feeling of obsoleteness is never good but that's how one would feel being closer to the bottom.
Everybody would rather pass blame and most employees have no character or honor. Rather then help they'd rather see you be the one being the ultimate blame. Problems could be resolved before hand but no one speaks up. If I speak then I am not taken seriously because no one will co sign because they would rather be quiet but complain later.
