Suggestions for improvement
- It would be good if the Company would actually promote the value of individuals working in the Company again. The Company is constantly taking away employee perks or benefits.
What I like about the company
I work offsite on a Government contract and enjoy the team of people I work with and report to on a daily basis.
What I dislike about the company
The main office executives continue to stress that the Company has open and transparent communications, but it seems like no one really knows what the direction the Company is going in at the employee level. Also, certain people throughout the organization are allowed to play key roles and make decisions that are outside of their job responsibilities.
