Support from Management
Good old boy top management. Afraid to challenge top management. Afraid of change.
They talk the talk but don't walk the Walk. Reprimands when decisions are implemented with out top management review and approval.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take advantage of new methods and improvements suggested by new employees, especially middle management. Don't be paranoid.
