What I dislike about the company
I was hired as a prototype machinist and I really loved my work there. My job was rather easy and I looked like a hero by other employees on a weekly basis because the machinists before me were clowns that got away with doing barely anything.
Good, reliable, productive employees are tortured by rules that management changes constantly to shutdown any employee that management does not like, while the useless time wasting employees get rewarded by being allowed to continue poor behavior such as extra marital situations during the work day, hour long bathroom breaks, harassment and bullying etc.
That being said the company itself is run by an imbecile with no management skills and his wife who is the instigator for most problems that I had seen . The product that Telemetrics makes is mediocre at best. Technicians are not trained properly, delivery is almost always late and customer service is quite poor and gets a lot of complaints.
