The demand of productivity far outweighed leadership support. The unbalance alone was a result of poor management and lack of support.
Support from Management
Considering that I have over ten years of management experience. Thier leadership is an ultimate failure; an embarrassment to the position and a waste of company money and theft of payroll.
Everyone was on their own. There was no opportunity for teamwork.
