Company Culture

The demand of productivity far outweighed leadership support. The unbalance alone was a result of poor management and lack of support.

Support from management

Considering that I have over ten years of management experience. Thier leadership is an ultimate failure; an embarrassment to the position and a waste of company money and theft of payroll.

Teamwork

Everyone was on their own. There was no opportunity for teamwork.

Freedom to work independently

The volume of work was unpredictable.

Internal Communication

A joke. An email notification would come up but security and production only allowed for review not response. And trying meet with management was more of a "catch me if you can" chase.

Gender Equality

Everyone is treated the same.

Attitude towards older colleagues

There is no age discrimination during the hiring process. However team leaders are chosen by their personal ability. Leadership skills and leadership training does not seem to be a requirement.

Career Development

None or nearly impossible if you are depending on your resume alone.

Overall compensation for your work

Not worth the headache.

Office / Work Environment

Production floor was agreeable. However the screaming threats from supervisors were horrible for employee moral.

Environmental Friendliness

The environmental aND community special events were well planned.

Work-Life Balance

Zero tolerance for sick days, bereavement or any personal emergency during the first 90 days. There will be no serious consideration for your family life.

Company Image

Per the conversations and venting in the break room it's not a dream job but more of a daily nightmare.

Job Security

Started off with a class of twenty plus team members. By the end of three months only two out of the team was left. After a year none of the team is there.

Reaching any personal success is up to your pre-own ability. Don't expect any support from management but know management reaps the reward of you figuring out stuff on your own. It will be acknowledged and very briefly celebrated.
