Employees like

Well the people are their nice and I am thankful they have training and if you're not full ready they give you more training
It was adequate pay for the work. Working from home was the biggest perk.
I've been promoted several times along with paid business trips.
Worked for almost a year and never had help and support when I lost my home. Was homeless since work history wasn't over a year to rent a home. Outreached to management, supervisor and no one helped me. Had to leave work due to no rest at night being awake watching over myself from thieves, other homeless that might hurt me or worse. My paychecks would only cover for 9 days hotel stay and the next 5 days until my ...
Job stability, paid time off, flexible shifts.

The hours , they basically don't work with your schedule. I prefer part time but they're only giving me full time which is not cool
Management, they have some awful people in these positions that make you hate your job.
Pay rate, facility is not always clean and the place is always freezing year round.
We are working in changing the culture so that we are all aligned.
Training attendence policy was crazy and unpredictable

The company is 90% black and 10% other minorities. However, its like going to a club with lots of weed

Worst rated: Internal Communication

The worst rated factor of Teleperformance is Internal Communication with 2.5 points (based on 51 reviews).

Some managers do and some do not
There is no direct communication. It all gets dictated down the chain of command so by the time it gets to agents from team leads it sounds like; ;”No more personals we are 4 minutes out of goal for that and now no bonus for this team”. Even though the rest of us have given blood sweat and tears to make a bonus which in reality only equals what other companies start off at!
The supervisor I ended up with was not the best when it came to communicating to us a group and was not always truthful about what actually was going on.
Some of them do but communications are limited and sometimes we dont get communication of something until after we need it.
It was obnoxious. If you didn’t answer email right away, your supervisor will keep sending it.

Yes going there too
So much favoritism - you need to be there a long time or be freinds with the manager
After a year or so you could take a test to become a supervisor.
Lots of professional development and the chance to move up
easy to move up because no one sticks around long
