Everyone was very open and accepting, but since it was an at-home job we didn't really deal with each other on a personal level.
Support from management
Management was willing to work with you as best they could.
Freedom to work independently
You are more or less on your own.
Most of the communication was done through memos and could have been better.
Diversity was a strong suit and everyone was accepted.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I feel like older employees were kinda pushed aside.
Definitely room for growth.

Pay could have been more competitive.

As an at-home job it was whatever you had at home.
As an at-home job it definitely supported a decent work/life balance.
It was okay, I am indifferent.
It was stable if you could handle staying.

- Team-building exercises and social activities to grow team comradery. Better communication and better pay.
What I like about the company
Everyone was really friendly, open, and welcoming. It was a good experience trying to work at home, even if it didn't work out in the end. Very flexible and pros include lack of a commute and being able to work from your home.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication. The feeling of being just another number. Compensation could be more competitive.
