There was an extreme amount of work for very little pay. It was like working in a sweat shop and you are just a number.
Suggestions for improvement
- Everything needs to be revamped and reconstructed.
What I like about the company
Personally, a few of the supervisors were fantastic.
What I dislike about the company
From onboarding to training to getting on the production floor. The entire company and management needs revamping.
