they were very helpful in bad situations - and they listened to their employees very well. all in all it was a great place to work
Suggestions for improvement
- Management cannot play favorites - there has to be exceptions to some of the rules. If you have a suicide or an emergency call - more time needs to be allotted rather than your standard call.
What I like about the company
they worked around my regular job. i worked 40 hours a week at my second job and they were very accommodating about me getting there.
What I dislike about the company
You worked 7 days a week. You work weekends, holidays, etc. Someone has to answer the phones -- and they HAVE to be answered at all times. no excuses
