They provide good training for a short period, comfortable ,but will leave you kinda on your own once your on the floor
Suggestions for improvement
- Extend their training so if the person is new to their system or the particular position. To give a little more training before putting them on the phone with partial knowledge of their work duty.
What I like about the company
The trainer was excellent at her job, very helpful when she was allowed to help. Company was in a good location, if you lived in the area.
What I dislike about the company
The way management, would pull other workers into the bathroom to be-little the person, and the way they would speak to certain workers was very unprofessional.
