Depending on who your team leader is, the experience can either be great or horrible. There is no in between.

Support from management

Need help with sales strategy and once you are out of training there is really no help

Teamwork

Depends on who your shift leader is

they will monitor you only to make sure you are pitching to a frustrated customer

Challenging Work

It's not easy to sell to someone who is already complaining about their bill being too high, but this job requires you to do so

Suggestions for improvement

  • Attendance policy needs to be a little more strict, other than that no changes needed in this area

What I like about the company

Great pay and work hours and they do draw names for prizes frequently.

What I dislike about the company

I just don't like mixing the sales department with the billing departement. They should be seperate. Will make more happier customers and employees

  • On floor managers shouldve been more fair and not show favoritism and not be so lazy and do what they was paid to do

What I like about the company

I loved my job was sorry i became ill was good paid weekly enployment if you do your job which i had no issues in sales or customer service was top seller almost entire time of employment. We had parties and carry in's bonus and commission and treats daily and weekly.

What I dislike about the company

Some of the on floor managers was lazy and didnt want to preform job expections like they shouldve and some did show favoritism but was able to try and correct some of the issues

Suggestions for improvement

  • Better training. Commission based sales is a pyramid scheme. Each level of management gets commissions based of sales of employees under their supervision. Because of that management is more concerned with pushing sales than resolving issues customers are calling about.

What I like about the company

Enjoyed working with a diverse group of team members

What I dislike about the company

7 weeks of paid training but a lot of that is very unproductive. Many of the systems used daily are barely touched during training. Training basically consists of a trainer reading from slide shows with little practical work. Floor support is slow and very inconsistent. No chat rooms available to employees to ask questions of teammates.

Everyone has been very friendly

What I dislike about the company

Not providing a lot of training to new employees especially people that don’t have experience doing sales experience and have more training staff available to answer the questions of new hires

Did not receive good training and supervisors encoraged unethical sells.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Clean the building..raise base pay. No more forced sells..respect employees and customers. Proper trainings to use computer systems simplify computer systems...make sure supervisor and CEO handles business in a professional manner...no yelling on the floor..

What I like about the company

Some of the other customer service representative that worked there was nice.

What I dislike about the company

The base pay..The dirty work environment. The forced sells we were told we had to do.the yelling the supervisors and the CEO did while we were on the phones and the customers could here it.
