Suggestions for improvement
- Promote from within and get more steady state contracts, this would increase retention of current employees and lower costs for recruitment of new employees
What I like about the company
Tries to bring big name contracts into facilities
What I dislike about the company
Low opportunity for advancement, Does not inform employees of withdrawal of contracts until shortly before contract ends (employees have no opportunity to find other employment before contract is over). Does not keep promises made when recruiting.
