Suggestions for improvement
- Consolidate the multitude of IT operational groups, issue a mandate for annual production IT disaster recovery exercises, be more strategic in hiring sufficient human resources so we don't lose existing clients and potentially any new ones.
- Fire all the CEO's of acquired subsidiaries and replace them with Teletech staff members.
I like about the employer
It's a paycheck and nothing more.
I dislike about the employer
Not a strategic company...100% controlled by sales, management seems to think that being increasingly demanding and verbally abusive will result in increased productivity, operational staffing is well below what is actually required to get work done...never mind the idea of work life balance for employees. If you work at Teletech or eLoyalty, you cannot have work life balance. I don't like how immature the IT organization is and how unwilling management is to address the broken culture.
