false impressions from last sup, past ones were downsized but wonderful sups
Suggestions for improvement
- help associates make more an hour, increases in salary like normal businesses, bonuses were cut out during Xmas holidays and Flex Spending to help on prescriptions.
I like about the employer
schedule, able to pick up other shifts from others since base hours were limited to 20 hr/wk.
I dislike about the employer
upper management suggested open door policy, but when exercised with mto being misused by associated being sent home even after working, mgnt would say they'd stop it from happening by speaking to the client staff and it would not make a difference. Same$9 pay for 5 years.
