Allot of cases, management is not trained in manage people, blaming others for issues, no one works equally hard as some that work harder.
Support from management
Management cares more about having people under them close allot of cases do to higher executives asking for more to be done. Making themselves look good.
When it comes to teamwork. Everyone is working on separate projects. Help is not really there when you need it. You have to learn everything on your own.
Freedom to work independently
You do have the opportunity the work independently but you have to do the work yourself without any help.
There are people who will help train you but there are people who have been there for years that still don't know how to use the product .
High lever people think they are better but don't believe everyone should be treated equally
Attitude towards older colleagues
I try to help out my other colleges and do the best that I can on my end.
There is so much work that I have to work at the office and from home to catch up on all the cases that have piled up because of the merge of teletrac & Navman as one company.
