Suggestions for improvement
- Directors and executive staff should open up lines of communication through out all levels of the company and foster a more open safe space for employees to give their opinions.
What I like about the company
Lots of training, and development. The company has stood by there promises and genuinely cares about its employees. Being a non profit however they are a little more focused on money and the bottom line as a posed to quality programing.
What I dislike about the company
The company needs to spend more time speaking with and listening to program leaders and managers.
