Support from management
Management was brought from an outside institution and have the retail banking mentality. They are arrogant and make the employees feel extremely uneasy.
Calling other departments for help makes you feel like you’re trying to take their first born. They make you feel stupid and don’t want to help.
Overall compensation for your work
All incentives were reduced.
Office / Work Environment
Managers hover over you and ask how many loans you have, daily.
Forced flex schedules, they go against everything they told us when we started in regards to a consistent schedule.
Every day is uneasy because you feel as though you’ll lose your job if you don’t reach your goals
The doors are very heavy and multiple members have complained that they cannot get into the branch in their wheelchair
Suggestions for improvement
- Go back to the old school PFFCU. Our members are noticing the harassment for loans and they don’t like it. Employees are leaving as fast as they can.
