Suggestions for improvement
- Free food and drinks for the team members.
Everyone is very friendly and there are a lot of good people working there. The on-site fitness center is better then I've seen at any office my other workplaces. It is well maintained and clean at all times.
Leadership was not always leaders.
Most individuals I worked with were team players.
Advancement can be difficult, you have to "know" someone
Vacation time has to be put in but depending on demand you likely will not get it approved.Hours can be crazy because it is a call center so thats to be expected. When call volume is high there is pressure to stay overtime,regardless of your family obligations. I wouldn't consider the company family friendly or a place for someone with small children.
