Suggestions for improvement
- Morale and retention would be higher if there was more diversity in shifts. It would also help if upper management showed that they understand what the agents go through on a daily basis.
What I like about the company
Everyone is very friendly and there are a lot of good people working there. The on-site fitness center is better then I've seen at any office my other workplaces. It is well maintained and clean at all times.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like the dress code. Workers shouldn't have to have a business casual dress code in an inbound call center.
