Not so great.
They protect their employees and treat you like family.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the ones that think they run the company because there's only one boss one captain and so on, everyone needs to know their place. If you a Sergeant but you tell employers your the owner, that's when a person either gets demoted or fired. So when something happens the owner don't know what's going on.
