Suggestions for improvement
- More training/development opportunities across the board for staff. More opportunities for collaboration. Campus wide social justice/diversity initiatives.
What I like about the company
A good balance of challenge and support. Allows me to take ownership of programs to really help students. Starting to promote innovation throughout the organization, not just at the top.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of overall commitment to diversity. Too siloed.
