This company had smart people working for them; the higher ups ignored them. It is all about the bottom line.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the people who make the money for this company. Stop paying millions for a 5 star cafeteria in Lexington KY. That only the higher ups get to enjoy. Bring your lunch like the Virginia plant does.
